At Liquid Solutions customer service is a top priority. We believe without customer service there is no customer satisfaction. And with no customer satisfaction there is no way to run a successful business. Our goal is to keep customers happy because happy customers make a business successful.
Our experience goes deeper than the water level. This pool which is photo'd several times on our web site was completely built by me and my wife. I have completed every step of this pool from design, forming, digging, plumbing, electrical, re-bar, tile, pavers and stonework.
Unfortunately, we do not offer any of these services.
As our primary goal is to keep your pool as we would keep our own.

Generally cloudy pool water is a result of poor filtration.
We do not recommend over cleaning your filter as a slightly dirty filter actually collects finer particles. After cleaning your filter your gauge on top of your filter should increase by 10 psi before cleaning is necessary again.
Yes, the chemical balance of your pool is most important. Depending on certain conditions chemical levels can change in a matter of days. And removing debris from pool regularly will also help chemical levels stay more balanced.
This is usually because of the stabilizer level. There is either no (or low) stabilizer or there is an overly high level of stabilizer.
